Xavier was born and raised in New York City until he and his family moved to Florida in his middle school years. After graduating from Hillsborough High School, he went on to the University of North Florida where he was a member of the Baseball program and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Sport Management.

During his time in college, The Lord used one of Xavier’s teammates to lead him to Christ. He started bible studies within his team and with his roommates, served his local church throughout his remaining time in college, and was part of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

After college, he was in the minor leagues with the Philadelphia Phillies as a Bullpen Catcher for two seasons and was a Baseball Coach for Trinity Baptist College. God would end up calling him to minister to Youth. Xavier has been a teacher for a couple of years  and is now teaching Physical Education at CBCS.

Xavier married his wife Anamarie on August 26th of 2017 and are both excited to be part of the Central Baptist Family. Ana is also a Physical Education Teacher and has a heart for ministering to young girls.
